格局小了，提出退房給好評希望給個早餐券，但被前台回拒了，而且回拒的方式態度比較直接生硬，不符合相關服務行業標準要求，怎麼説也不是小規模酒店，還收了按金，住客進出也沒有主動禮貌問好，進門辦入住都走到面前了也沒有相應的迎門用語，經營模式有待改進，建議前台以及其他工作人員加強培訓，再説設備，書桌都是不穩的，寫字都在晃動，平時去有早餐的酒店都是前台主動給早餐券並禮貌提出給好評的請求，因為是老酒店了所以才選擇入住，結果比較失望，總體來説性價比不高。

酒店不錯，有停車位，周圍購物方便，房間比較大，有空調，前台很熱情。酒店三樓有餐廳，可以吃飯。餐食也不錯。餐廳服務也很好。

酒店環境好，交通方便，前台小姐姐們都人美心善，客房衞生打掃特別好，房間安靜舒適！早餐部的小姐姐們也好好！這酒店性價比很高！！本來衹是打算住一晚，第二天還給我升級了房間！
