The smell of smoke in the hotel is very big. It is estimated that the front guests smoked on the bed. The pillows have a strong smell of smoke and can't be dissipated. The front desk urged the room to clean up and said that the guest had arrived and asked the aunt to clean up as soon as possible, saying that it would take about 20 minutes. When I went there at 8:35, I didn't clean it up. I sat in the lobby and waited, and no guests came to check in during the period. And I waited until almost 9 o'clock to say yes. I carried my luggage to the room and saw that the opposite room was empty, and I was a little speechless.
