Nice hotel, room was very clean and tidy. Staff were super friendly. We didn't have breakfast as went out, but staff still made me a coffee while I waited for friends. Only downside, if you park in their car park, there's only a couple of space and you need someone in reception to open it, even leaving, so no getting out early (I needed to charge the car at 5.30, had to wait until 7.30). There are a lot of spaces outside the hotel though (Street parking).

Our studio was on the street, which was not ideal, but in the mean time was very nicely done and comfortable. The staff was very welcoming, and location was right in center, easy walk to restaurant and other attractions.

My room has been in first floor towards the road. Has been a bit noisy due to the traffic but nothing to worry. Service is great, cleaning every day, WiFi available, late arrival can be arranged. Breakfast has been a pleasure. Parking slots are available behind the hotel without additional payment required. Free parking along the road until 9AM. A lot of restaurants in walking distance.

The staff were very friendly, most helpful and welcoming. The attention to detail was very refreshing. The room was compact but all you need for a night's rest, very comfortable, clean and tidy. The hotel is ideally located, with roadside and off road parking available, and there are numerous and varied restaurants along the same street. There is a cinema within a one-minute walk, and the railway station is less that a 5-minute walk away. Lorient is a lovely place with loads of interest close by. We'll definitely be back and will head straight for Hotel Cleria.

Un hôtel parfait ! Nous avons été accueilli par une jeune homme très sympathique et accueillant. Nous avons eu la chance d’être surclassé, et nous avons eu une chambre très spacieuse, propre, hyper lumineuse. La salle de bain est fonctionnelle et la literie est très confortable. Gros plus pour la propreté et le plateau de courtoisie. L’hôtel est très bien situé, à deux pas du plein centre ville, et il y a un parking fermé ce qui est très appréciable. Nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir dans cet hôtel sans hésitation et nous ne pouvons que le recommander.

Chambre supérieure? Avec une soit disant grande douche? Aucune insonorisation non plus, mur en papier, sol en plancher, autant prendre un dortoir! Vente et photo mensongères ! Absolument pas la réalité ! Salle d'eau de 2 M2 avec toilette bac a douche de 60cm et mini lavabo, impossible d'y rentrer à 2 (réponse gérant une salle d'eau n'est pas faite pour 2 MDR), Pas de bureau, comme visible sur les photos, une vulgaire petite table ronde , distributeur savon douche vide, peintures même pas refaites partout, on voit encore les precedentes couleurs et chevilles d'anciens luminaires et ancienne penderie (simple penderie a une etagere , aucune place de rangement, hors de prix, chambre basique qui ne vaut pas plus qu'un hôtel bas classe, accueil rien a dire mais gérant totalement hermétique a toute remarque, car pour lui son hôtel n'a aucun reproche a recevoir,! Hôtel qui n'a rien a faire sur original hôtel, un contrôle serait opportun! Et on est pas les seuls à de plaindre, mêmes remarques sur d'autres avis d'il y a 3 ans !

Pas de climatisation . 27 degrés dans la chambre et rue ultra bruyante musique et tout le reste ! Bref ! A fuir . Pas de gardien. Il vaut mieux payer plus cher et pouvoir dormir . Horrible horrible

hôtel très agréable et très bien situé(entre la gare et le port). Le personnel est très accueillant et au service des clients. Nous avons apprécié le parking ainsi que le petit déjeuner. Rapport qualité/prix très correct. Nous avons en plus bénéficié des conseils de la personne à la réception(restaurant, visites...)
