Ayant été incapable de changer mon billet de train par internet, les employés m'ont aidé avec une très grande amabilité. Je suis une personne âgée et j'ai beaucoup apprécié leur attention. De façon générale, les 2 cousins à l'accueil ont été très agréables. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel.

The location, the reception, the information received, the safe cykel room, everything was perfect.

Nous avons réservé pour 7 nuits du 13 au 20 Août 2023, nous sommes accueilli par le directeur, Jean-Louis, un professionnel de l'hôtellerie. C'est une personne très sympathique, il est à l'écoute de ses clients et aux petits soins, toujours joignable, il nous a conseillé les endroits à visiter, ainsi que les bons restaurants. L'hôtel est très bien situé, près du centre ville, de la gare, du port. Arrêt de bus a proximité pour aller au port ou en centre ville. Parking gratuit devant l'hôtel, Wifi gratuit. Nous avions la chambre 22 qui est très spacieuse, très bonne literie, télé grand écran, lavabo et douche séparé des wc. L'hôtel est très propre, très belle décoration. Le ménage et le lit sont fait tout les jours. Accès aux chambres soit par l'escalier, soit par l'ascenseur. Petit déjeuner très copieux et délicieux. L'hôtel est très calme. Je vous recommande cet hôtel, si un jour nous revenons sur Lorient c'est chez Jean-Louis que nous viendrons.

Une très jolie expérience dans cet hotel moderne et calme, à proximité immédiate de la gare et à moins de 15 min à pied du centre ville. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'accueil, la disponibilité d'un parking et la chambre, avec sa vaste surface, son design très moderne (même si peu pratique pour poser les vétements sur les cintres). La mise à disposition des informations via tablette est un innovation très pratique. Enfin, nous conseillons vivement le ”jeu de piste”, très ludique (y compris pour des adultes) et qui permet de découvrir l'hotel et sa déco.
