"The location is easy to find. The old lady at the front desk is very kind and gave me a box of welcome milk. Basically, she meets all my needs. The room is also very large and the windows can be opened so it is well ventilated."

"Feelings: The hotel is in the forest 5 minutes drive from the town of Lorne. We saw wild kangaroos, cockatoos and eagle here. In terms of safety, the hotel has more than a dozen independent houses, and the popularity is high. The old couple of the hotel owner live in the house in the center of the hotel, so the friends in the city quickly bring the children to feel it. The wild kangaroo looked great and powerful, and the zoo was much better."

"It was already after 8pm when we went, and no one at the front desk had a note to call, so we were surprised to hear the familiar noon call. Because we only stayed one night while driving on the Great Ocean Road, the restaurants here closed really early. We looked around but couldn't find any supermarkets or restaurants that were open. The children were very happy to see a group of big parrots when they woke up early."

"We wanted to extend our stay at the hotel, but unfortunately, we had to move to a different room without an ocean view. Suddenly, we noticed that the windows and doors in the new room showed significant signs of wear and tear, which was quite disappointing.
We planned to check out at 11:00, but the hotel insisted on a 10:00 checkout, which felt inconvenient. On the other hand, check-in wasn’t allowed before 14:00, adding to the frustration.
While the location and initial experience were promising, these issues affected our overall impression. There’s definitely room for improvement in service and room quality."

GGuest UserWe arrived around 7:30, but the front desk had already closed and there was no contact number, so we didn't know what to do. I contacted Ctrip and called the hotel but couldn't get through. After leaving a message, I received a call from the hotel around 9:30 pm. Later, I asked other guests and found a letter left for us at the front desk. Only then did I find the room and the room key. Other aspects are good, but the service is a little lacking, it may be due to cultural differences

AambrosialiThe cabins in the RV campsite are very unique. There is a self-service laundry room, a public barbecue pavilion, and a public kitchen. There is also a private beach. The children's play area is very interesting. In the evening, the swimming pool will be occupied by ducks. In the morning, you can see many kangaroos on the big lawn.
