On 10/18/2024 we are between 8 p.m. after a trying trip, we came across a more than unpleasant receptionist. After a violent gesture towards one of us we asked for the manager, following this the receptionist decided not to give us our reservation registered 1 month. We had to call the police to force her to give us the keys to our room. Otherwise the hotel would have offered us a pleasant and clean environment, too bad this receptionist ruined our stay.

El hotel están bastante bien, la cama era bastante dura al igual que las almohadas, fui con un compañero y en su habitación era igual. Esta bien para uno o dos dias, está situado en un polígono industrial pero bien comunicado. Justo al lado tienes una sala de juegos (ruleta , etc). El aparcamiento cubierto es gratuito. Desayuno sencillo pero bien y el menú para cenar esta bastante bien preciocalidad.

El hotel pese a encontrarse en un polígono a 15 min de Murcia capital, ha sido todo una sorpresa, lo cogimos porque fue lo que encontramos para un concierto, pero cuando entramos en la habitación, nos sorprendió gratamente el confort de la misma y la limpieza del lugar. De 10

Muy contentos con el servicio, limpieza, orden, y el personal de 10. A nosotros personalmente, la mujer que nos atendió en los desayunos ha sido excepcional. Muy atenta, aducada, ibamos con niños y nos ayudaba con todo. Totalmente recomendable. Gracias por tu interés y educación.

Hotel récent situé dans une zone industrielle, on paye à l'arrivée. Parking en sous sol, descente large, gratuit. Chambre très bien. Route passante malgré le week-end mais bonne isolation. Bémol pas de restaurant le week-end bien que stipulé sur booking, pas cool quand on a roulé toute la journée....et qu'il faut rouler jusqu'à la ville suivante où il est difficile de trouver une place. Petit déjeuner basique, industriel pour la charcuterie.
