Séjour en groupes du 18 au 22 septembre 2024 avec l'AFA Sens Propreté de l'hôtel, chambres spacieuses. Il faudrait signaler la présence de l'escalier en sortant de l'ascenseur. En effet, en sortant de l'ascenseur, j'ai basculé dans l'escalier,je suis tombée à la dos renverse et ma tête a heurté violemment un pot de fleurs. J'ai pu me relever tout de suite et j'ai eu une bosse derrière la tête et un gros hématome sur la cuisse. Cela aurait pu être beaucoup plus grave.

Wir haben diese Unterkunft für ein Fest im grösseren Freundeskreis gebucht. Die Organisation im Vorfeld war professionell und das Wochenende verlief in äusserst angenehmen Rahmen. Allen unseren Gästen hat es super gefallen. Das Hotel an sich ist eine sehr gute Wahl und darüberhinaus befinden sich der Marktplatz und das Kulturzentrum Burghof in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Schönes und modern eingerichtetes Hotel. Grosses Bad. Kleines, modernes Fitnesscenter und Sauna auf oberster Etage mit Blick über Lörrach und Umgebung. Super 👍🏻😊. Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit allem, was man sich wünscht. Absolute Empfehlung.

Seien Sie sehr vorsichtig mit diesem Hotel. Unter neuer Verwaltung werden Kunden jetzt doppelt belastet. Ich habe dieses Hotel persönlich besucht, ohne dies zu wissen, und wurde doppelt belastet: Am Tag des Auscheckens wird der Besitzer Sie dazu zwingen, per Kreditkarte zu bezahlen. Wenn Sie später eine Rückerstattung beantragen, werden Sie diese eindeutig nie erhalten. Jede Finanzorganisation zahlt einmal, aber das Stadt Hotel bekommt das Doppelte. Finanzbetrug hier. Dessen sollte sich die Polizei in Baden-Württemberg bewusst sein.

Ein grundsolides Hotel. Zentral gelegen, gute Ausstattung, gutes Frühstück. Direkt unter dem Hotel befindet sich nun eine frei zugängliche 24/7 Tiefgarage, 12 € max / Tag, fairer Preis. Bei diesem Hotel macht man nichts falsch. Empfehlenswert.

Zum Abschluss unser Fünf-wöchigen Deutschland-Tour logierten wir zwei Nächte in diesem Hotel. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Corona-bedingter Test direkt im Hotel. Ohne Test nur Zutritt zum Hotel, nicht fürs Restaurant. Angenehmes komfortables Zimmer bezogen. Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücks-Buffet. Nachtessen im Restaurant war sehr gut.
