Kind of acceptable place just to take a flight on next day. But not cover the standards of other hotels of the same chain. It is clean and near from airport. Average. The gym is good! By the way be careful with the bathroom mirror, very sharp, I cut my finger just to try to grab the wash hands soap.

Locate in the proximity of the airport , easily reach by hotel shuttle bus Remember to take the bus from the departure level. Basic hotel and best for late arrival or early departure

Nice hotel,near to the airport,24hours shuttle bus,15min each.house keeping everyday There is oven to warm the to go food,it is really nice and sweet

This hotel is pricey tbh, but if you're flying into lax and have a layover this is a great spot to get a few hours of shut eye. They have a shuttle that goes to and from the airport every 15 minutes btw.

Very clean and quite convenient from the airport ! Maybe we arrived late the reception ladies are not very welcoming.. not much amenities in the room also. But overall is a great stay !

The location is convenient for our late arrival around mid-night. 1. The hotel shuttle pick up point is unclear and we missed 2 shuttle since they didn't stop at the domestic puck up point. 2. My friend booked 2 room for 2 nights but the hotel record for 1 room only. The staff are absolutely unhelpful and told us to contact Trip.com only. They even unwilling to give us the bottled water. 3. The bath tub are not function well, the water power is very poor. The overall experience is terrible. I will never choose this hotel again.
