Los Angeles Hotels with Airport pickup service

Had an absolute wonderfull stay, did several daytrips within the US out of lax. Landed in the morning the shuttle came within 10 minutes, landed at night the same. Only the last day It took the shuttle too long, so I decided to take the 15 min walk to the airport. The room was very clean and much specious. Room got cleaned everyday. There is a bus arround the corner to UCLA region and santa Monica. Aswell downtown reachable in 40 min by bus or 15 min by car. Overall great experience would recommend and definitely visit again the next time I'm in LA.

However, I noticed some comments mentioning large crowds at certain times. It seems this is due to the shuttle service dropping off a batch of guests simultaneously, which is understandable. Despite this, the staff managed the flow effectively, and it didn’t significantly impact the overall experience. A great stay overall! The only I can complaint is limit restaurant variety

Not as nice as the pictures portrayed. Very disappointing plus the 55$ a night parking on the hotel grounds not included in your booking and the breakfast buffet is 30$ per adult and 15$ per kid also not included in booking. Also the rooms were pretty worn out and the bathroom was horrible the bathroom bathtub clogged up with a foot of water for over an hour while I had two kids and two adults to shower. Also they wanted a 350$ deposit when I showed up that wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the booking. Overall 2 star out of 5 honestly. They did have a many market but it was 7$ for a water.

Great customer service, very helpful with everything, directions to get around, places to go, to eat. Cesar at the front front desk the best.

The room was clean and had everything we needed technologywise. I think the room itself is a good value considering the location ( not sure whether this is really Brentwood or Beverly Hills but either way ). I gave amenities 3/5 bc i think they are in a different building ( the pool and fitness center ) than the building I stayed in, and it seemed like the other building required a golf cart ride (?), and also the parking is $47 per car and it is required to valet. We just ubered there from street parking. The Uber was like $16 round trip before tax. You could probably walk ( we walked back )

I heard the safety of Los Angeles (especially around sightseeing area )was getting worse so I choose this hotel. I went to Disney land,dodgers stadium,and beaches, all by Uber. The room was usual,nothing special. The part that I didn’t like was very low Shower pressure. I liked the location of the hotel because it took only 10min by free shuttle bus from LAX and 15min by walking to get to in and out burger. I also liked the breakfast buffet, I could save money and time I guess.

It was a wonderful hotel. ; a good breakfast included, a shuttle bus to the LAX included, hot spa, swim pool, & free parking. :location is also good I highly recommend the hotel for those who are visiting LA.

Awesome Airport Hotel with free breakfast and free shuttle bus from LAX Airport. Around 30mins Uber Ride to Hollywood Boulevard. Will stay in this hotel if to visit LA again. Staffs were friendly with us and informing us about the services that they provide in the hotel.

This airport hotel do provide shuttle bus service which arrive every 20mins but if you do have bulky luggage, do remember to get some tips ready for the driver that will help you with that. Overall, this is a no frill hotel and we have nothing to complaint about the cleanliness. However, do note that the hotel do not provide any drinking water even though coffee pods and tea are provided. There is Evian water priced at USD 7 placed in you room or you could get 500ml of water from dispenser for USD 8. If you next trip is here, do remember to get your water supply sorted out if not you would have to pay the price tag there. The official check in for this hotel is 4pm but they are willing to check us in early at 2pm. if you want any earlier than 2pm there will be a charge of USD 59+ tax. We also extended our check out which calculate base on formula of 3pm at USD 59+ tax and an additional USD 10 for each additional hours. If you have some time, there is a small neighbourhood 15minutes walk away that have grocery store, restaurant and cafe so I would still think this hotel is strategically located and would recommend it for a stop over.

The room was OK, but I don't know why two charges totaling USD20 were deducted 5 days after I left (one was about USD6, the other was about USD14). I don't understand why these charges were deducted. I was not informed of these charges when I checked in, and I was not given a bill. When I asked for the bill, they said I booked and paid online, so there was no bill. Fortunately, the deductions were not much. You need to pay a deposit of USD150 to check in.
