Very good complex, I went for a cycling event and the finish line was very close, the treatment was very cordial by all the workers... everything was very clean, ideal for spending a couple of days.

My husband and I just returned from a wonderful holiday at the El Cerrito Apartments, in Los Cancajos,La Palma. What a fantastic place... its beautiful, it's spotless, it's in a fab location and the staff are friendly, professional and welcoming. A very special thank you to Mirriam who could not have been more friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for her and as hers was the first face we saw when we arrived we knew immediately we were in for a good stay. Our apartment was one bedroom but it was a very good size. Large living area dining space and kitchen. Large bedroom, large bed and a sea view. The balcony was huge with table and chairs and a pool view. We had such a good time we were reluctant to leave and will definitely return. It's just 4 km from the airport... a £8 taxi ride - so don't pay travel agent's airport transfer prices (£70)!! The wonderful main town of Santa Cruz La Palma is just a 6k bus ride away at £1.50 each way. We highly recommend the El Cerrito Apartments if you are lucky enough to be visiting the Isla Bonita of the Canaries.

Stayed here on the 13th March for 7 nights. What a beautiful place this is. Rooms spacious and spotless. Fully equipped with everything you need for a self-catering holiday. On checking in, we met Mirriam. What a lovely lady she couldn't do enough for us all the staff were wonderful. The apartments all have balconies and wonderful views. ElCerrito is 4km from the airport, 10 mins, and 8 euros. If you want a peaceful, beautiful relaxing holiday, this is the place for you. We will definitely return. A great big thank you to Mirriam and all the staff for helping make our holiday special x Kevin&Karen xx

Nos alojamos un fin de semana, sitio tranquilo, limpio, cocina eauipada, solo falta aire acondicionado. Dejar jabón para lavar los platos y una botella de agua en la nevera sería ideal por si llegamos tarde para no desplazarnos a comprar, sobre todo si vas con niños

Nos encantó, el apartamento muy amplio, la situación buena, a 10min. de la calle principal. La habitación da hacia atrás, para el aparcamiento, por lo que no se oye nada. El aparcamiento amplio, aunque nosotras no cogimos coche. Tiene una terraza por delante y otra por detrás. El personal muy amable. Yo quitaría la bañera y pondría plato ducha y si tuviese aire acondicionado, sería ya para nota. Una cosa que nos llamó la atención y que también se debería tener en cuenta es que a la vez que ponen jabón para lavarte las manos, podrían dejar un poco de jabón para lavar la loza. Pero son detalles para tener en cuenta y mejorar.

Gracias por contribuir a pasar unos días de descanso en La Palma. Ha sido fantástico el hospedaje en vuestros apartamentos. Camas y almohadas cómodas, surtido en amplitud de utensilios de cocina, nevera amplia y cómoda mesa para las comidas. Terraza amplia y con buenas vistas. Piscina de adultos fantástica y la de niños también. Quizás les faltó un parque infantil para los niños estuvieran entretenidos aunque con las piscinas ya iban bien. Amplia cobertura de wifi, supermercados y restaurantes cerca del hospedaje así como la playa y avenidas para pasear. Fácil aparcamiento para los coches en el exterior. El apartamento que pudimos disfrutar, era amplio y estaba limpio, cómodo y de fácil acceso. Personal que trabaja en el mismo, muuuuy amable y orientador con respecto a las actividades en la isla. Un consejo, debeian de generar un código de fidelización para clientes y obtener un descuento en el hospedaje en caso de repetir estancia. Muchas gracias han sido muy amables con nosotros.
