Apartamentos Costamar

Depending on which apartment you are allocated we had an apartment on the 6th floor, paint falling off kitchen ceiling every day covering hob, worktop, floor, electric sockets coming out of wall , filthy grate in shower room, pool loungers uncomfortable, mainly older generation there for 12 weeks or residents. pool bar closed not opening again, legends bar is underneath but shut most days at 10pm as nobody in there, there are 2 bars over the road food is good, but karaoke most nights and closes at 12, if going out at night watch your wallets/bags as illegal immigrants in deserted bits of the beach, there is an asylum camp behind Veronica's in pla so alot of thefts going on Really disappointed on our stay probably won't be back to los cristianos

The only good thing was the view. The rest was awful. The property smelt so badly of sewage. Coakroaches everywhere. Most things were not working. The front door did not lock. When I complained I received the following text.. ood morning, Lea on Monday we will be with the technical service bringing the oven, fridge and new extractor along with the microwave we will also repair the furniture and do the cleaning of the house. If you want, you can go to the beach and when they come back you will find the house clean and its repaired things" Although they did offer the above repairs this did not compensate for the state of the apartment/building. When we informed them that we were vacating the property a review was put up on *********** saying it was 10 star. We believe this was a false review as we were still in residence. We asked for a partial refund and they refused. We paid for a different property in Las Americas and it was lovely. The day after we left an outstanding review was posted 🤔 saying they were there. We don't know how because we were still booked in.

Pretty basic,but lovely staff and excellent service if you need to hire a mobility scooter. There's a dedicated parking room,with free charging. There's a great bar underneath which shows all major sporting events, & There's a good choice of bars & restaurants right opposite The only downside is the sunbeds are uncomfortable with no mattresses, Take your own airbed if you can Overall good value for Money

I know we booked on the cheap for a short 7 day break, But this place is totally disgusting the apartment was extremely dated and the smell in there was something else, And the lifts smelt like someone had either been sick in them or used them as toilets. Unfortunately there is nothing good we can say about this place we only stayed one night out of the 7 nights booked and we moved on to a proper hotel. Our suggestion would be to avoid this place at all costs
