A wonderful, comfortable place. The service is amazing, they do everything to make you feel comfortable. It is a place for those who prefer small boutique hotels over large ones. Their restaurant, Delfina, is wonderful, and is a magnet to many in the area.

Like being in a beautiful and welcoming home. This lovely small hotel was our home for 4 days as we explored the beautiful lakes of the region. Accommodating in every way. Even did our laundry! Their restaurant Delfina is superb. A delicious find in every way.

Maravillosa ubicación junto al lago, hermosas instalaciones, atención cálida y profesional por parte de la encargada de recepción, esfuerzo de gerencia por solucionar los problemas que iban surgiendo. Se advierte la necesidad de contratar más personal de mantenimiento. También sería bueno instalar en las habitaciones un teléfono que permita contactar a la recepción en caso necesario, lo cual no siempre fue posible mientras estaba el otro funcionario. Así y todo, vivimos una inolvidable experiencia en contacto con la deslumbrante naturaleza del lugar, los amistosos cauquenes que venían a saludar y la amabilidad del personal en general.

Realmente recomendable. Aún siendo un Grupo de 11 Personas, La Atención muy esmerada de Maxi y La Chica del turno noche, Tamara en el desayuno y Matías en La Delfina. Edificio e Instalaciones hermosos y confortables -hasta con Piano de cola a disposición!- Las únicas críticas son: Restaurante: menú Creativo aunque limitado, y con calidades variables -a veces la carne es dura- Y en las habitaciones el piso de madera es ruidoso -imposible caminar de noche sin despertar a los demás- …y lo realmente incómodo: cero privacidad en el baño: un blackout que no bloquea la visión desde afuera y una puerta de vidrio que no llega al piso y no aísla. Pero la vista compensa las molestias. Gracias …y Retornaremos !

Alojarse en La Escondida es combinar la calidez de una casa de familia con el servicio y los detalles de un hotel de categoría! Todo es mágico: el predio, el hotel, las habitaciones, el gimnasio y el spa. Ni hablar de las vistas al lago y las montañas! Excelente atención. Habitaciones con gran vista al lago y muy confortables. Silencioso y relajante. Los diferentes saunas, la pileta exterior climatizada y el jacuzzi te dejan nuevo. En La Delfina sirven comidas diferentes y tentadoras.

Muy linda casa de huéspedes. Habitaciones cómodas. El lugar es precioso, con un jardín que llega al borde del lago. El personal, muy amables todos, por la fecha en la que fuimos era escaso. Solo habían unas pocas habitaciones ocupadas. Y el restaurante al lado del hotel estuvo cerrado por eventos el fin de semana.
