We’ve stayed here twice now and it is just excellent. My wife and I are golfers and the nearby Buenavista course, designed by Seve, is fabulous on a stunning location 10 minutes from the hotel in Los Silos. There were quite a few hikers staying also. Warm and amusing reception from Alonso. This time we stayed half board for four nights which included a three course meal each evening. The food is good and the service is top notch. The staff are the happiest bunch I’ve seen in a long time - which says a lot for the management of the hotel. Our room was comfortable as was the bed. Great swimming pool which my wife did her laps in each morning. I hope we get back. Ray Stewart

Très beau complexe, chambres de bonnes dimensions, propres, grandes, notamment les suites. Accueil agréable au check in, et au restaurant, très bonne qualité de plats. Vous pouvez choisir à la carte ou dans les plats du menu(excellents palts avec produits locaux....), bon choix de vins. Superbe jardin Désagréable attitude d'un membre qui a joué les caïds au peti--dej : les 3 premiers jours nous avons demandé comme partout de nous remplir une petite thermos de café, et cela a été fait avec le sourire. Au 4-è matin , changement d'équipe te le responsable nous dit " il n'y a pas d'autre café que celui des machines en self...Nous avons pensé qu'il ne voulait pas faire et nous avons rempli nous même. A la fin il envoie sa jeune collègue pour nous dire qu'il nous signalerait à la réception comme ayant sorti du café de la salle. Au retour de la randonnée, un mot de la direction nous signifiant que ce n'était pas possible-aucun courage pour nous en parler... Nous avons laissé un bon pourboire à notre serveuse habituelle du soir, toujours souriante et agréable et efficace. Je peux comprendre le fait de na pas autoriser de "refill" mais pourquoi 2 attitudes et surtout nous avons déjà fait cela ailleurs avec ou non du supplément... Cette attitude inappropriée et surtout non vérifiée par la direction est inqualifiable mais ne doit pas faire oublier tous les plus de l'hôtel...

Es war unser dritter Aufenthalt im Luz del Mar - dieses Mal wieder über Weihnachten und Neujahr. Wie bei den vorherigen Aufenthalten gab es nichts, dass zu bemängeln war. Das Essen, besonders auch an den Feiertagen, top. Auch das abwechslungsreiche vegetarische Angebot war spitze. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich mit vielen bekannten Gesichtern. Die Zimmer sind seit unserem letzten Urlaub frisch renoviert - sehr geschmackvoll und zum Wohlfühlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Es war ein herrlicher Urlaub an einem sehr schönen Ort. Sehr nette immer hilfsbereite Hotelmitarbeitende. Vom Empfang bis zum Zimmerservice. Immer da, nie aufdringlich. Dazu sehr gutes, leckeres Essen. Alles sehr sauber. Entdpannung pur. Einziges Manko hier kann das Hotel aber nichts für (!!) - die Baustelle (Straßenarbeiten) vor dem Hotel. Ansonsten galt 💚 - was willst Du mehr?

NEFASTO el trato del personal de recepción, sobre todo del propio coordinador el Señor Victor, obviamente como líder de su equipo es un claro reflejo del mal trato que da los clientes por lo tanto, los trabajadores repiten los mismos patrones. Poca empatía, ausente amabilidad.... un HORROR. Tengan cuidado con las reservas y pagos con este hotel , ya que cargan gastos sin autorización previa del huésped, dejando constancia aquí el proceso legal que se llevara a cabo por mi parte.

Cet hôtel est très bien situé (micro climat). la chambre était impeccable très bien décorée seul petit bémol l'oreiller qui n'était pas assez ferme et niveau chaine de télévision allemande ou anglaise. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et pour tous les goûts. La Piscine est à bonne température

Ein ganz wunderbares Hotel weit ab von jeglichem Tourismustrubel. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um im Tenno-Gebirge aber auch andernorts zu wandern. Man braucht, wie fast überall auf der Insel, ein eigenes Auto, Parkplätze dafür sind tatsächlich sehr ausreichend vorhanden, es gibt sogar ein eigenes kostenfreies Parkhaus. Und wenn man mal nicht wandert, kann man sich vorzüglich am Pool vergnügen. Es kommt sogar gelegentlich der Service und fragt nach Getränkewünschen. Tatsächlich ist die Belegschaft ganz außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Fitness-Studio ist überschaubar, aber es ist eigentlich alles da, was das Fitnessherz begehrt, ist vielleicht auch nicht so das Klientel, was dort untergebracht ist, ich war immer der Einzige. Auch die Sauna ist ganz toll. Ein kleines Mini-Aber möchte ich noch loswerden, was sich aber nicht in der Bewertung wiederspiegelt. Das Frühstücksbuffet könnte ein kleinwenig mehr Abwechslung vertragen.

Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig am Rande eines kleinen Ortes unweit der Küste. Für Badeurlaub ist das Hotel allerdings weniger geeignet. Die Gäste sind weit überwiegend Deutsche, die zum Wandern dorthin gereist sind. Es bietet sich an, einen Mietwagen zu buchen, obwohl man auch mit dem Bus (nächste Haltestelle mind. 15 Min. Fußweg) interessante Ausgangspunkte im Tenno-Gebirge oder andere interessante Orte erreichen kann. Auch vom Hotel aus werden organisierte (kostenpflichtige) geführte Wanderungen angeboten. Hervorzuheben sind die ausgezeichnete Küche (Frühstücksbuffet, Abendessen wird serviert, Menue-Wahl), der außergewöhnlich große, beheizte Pool und das sehr freundliche , hilfsbereite Personal, Die Zimmer sind geräumig und verfügen über Balkon/Terrasse sowie eine Kitchenette incl. Gläser und Geschirr. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
