非常感謝前台工作人員羅琳女士，她耐心、熱情而追求細節的精神完美的滿足了我們的需求：1） 從辦理入住開始，羅琳女士以飽含善意的微笑熱情耐心的接待了我們，並悉心為我們指了早餐的用餐方向。2）今天晚上 22 點返回婁底華天大酒店的時候，發現房間燈故障，又因為都是女生入住，男師傅來維修燈不太方便，所以和總枱致電申請了換房。感謝前台員工羅琳女士的熱心幫助與協調，我們順利的入住了一間設備完備、空間更大的套房。入住後，小羅還給我們贈送了入住果盤。酒店的早餐吃了很多天，味道很棒，以後也會推薦朋友住在這裏！再次感謝羅琳女士！[玫瑰]
