The hotel is close (about 10-minute drive) to the Washington Dulles International Airport. We spent one night at the hotel. There were stains on the wall and bed. The hair conditioner and body gel bottles were empty. There were only tiny towels, which are not intended for shower. We purchased two breakfasts when making the reservation; however, we were initially required to repay our breakfast. The front desk lady was not friendly. Finally the breakfast issue was resolved, but it was definitely an unexpected and unpleasant experience. Our overall experience with the hotel was not good. It actually damaged the image of Doubletree Hilton and 4-star hotel in our hearts. Would not recommend.

The hotel is very conveniently located, with Sam's Club and Walmart 1.5 km away, and TJ-MAX and Macy's nearby. The price this year is more expensive than last year, so I booked a room without breakfast.

Having stayed at other hotels in the chain before, the bar was set high. This hotel didn't meet expectations; it fell short of expectations. The room I stayed in was quite small, as was the bathroom. It was very quiet and clean, but – like the breakfast presentation – seemed unloved. A laundry facility, which would certainly be of interest to departing guests, is also missing; since the receptionist wasn't from the area, he couldn't provide any information about laundromats.
