The room décor would not look out of place in the 1950’s it was in the basement along a dreary corridor No air conditioning The price was cheap and so was the room . On the positive the bed was comfortable and room clean

We stopped here the night before going to LegoLand Windsor, it was really easy. We felt welcome when we arrived, had a good night sleep and the breakfast was great with everything a family would want. I accidentally left my phone charger in the hotel room (306), when I realised later that day I never thought I would see it again. When I phoned the hotel to say, whoever picked the phone up really impressed me, they located the charger and phoned back to confirm they’d got it and had put it aside for me to collect the next day. I phoned with no expectation of ever seeing the charger again, so it really restored my faith in humanity when your team went out their way to find it and keep it safe for me. Definitely made me thing it’s a safe place to stay.

The room and hotel is exactly what you expect from a Premier Inn. However the outside temperature was 16 degrees and the bedroom was 27 degrees at night. Much too hot for a bedroom

Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean. I would prefer lighter duvet for summer and thinner pillows. Apart from that excellent in every way. Easy access to disabled parking. We also had excellent breakfasts in the Brewers Fayre next door.

We drove up this extremely steep drive , so if you are walking it might be a trek. The hotel is in 2 parts. One main part and an outside block. All accessible with lifts leading to them. This hotel had air conditioning, beds and room were so clean and tidy. Our room was massive. With lots of room. USB plugs by the double bed. Plus 1 main plug by the beds. I took an extension lead so that was helpful. Staff in the hotel were so lovely. I didn’t get the lovely lady’s name on the reception desk when we were there but it looked like she was training someone. She even remembered us and our room number. Restaurant was very nice. Some staff were not that helpful. And didn’t even acknowledge us when we came in in the evening. But the breakfast staff were so lovely. Evie and Karen. Made our breakfast a lovely one. Nothing was to much trouble. Thank you ladies. We would stay again.

The building and grounds are in need of an update. Interior was acceptable but of note there is no air conditioning. Parking was plentiful. The shower head was blocked with limescale and needed to be cleaned more often and properly. We didn't use the restaurant.

Hotel it’s self was nice and clean, unfortunately didn’t provide enough pillows for the whole family & couldn’t offer and spears as the hotels was fully booked so it meant one of us slept with no pillow. The restaurant was terrible very dirty, slow at seating you and serving the tables, didn’t bring anything together so all drinks arrived separately and also the food did ver disappointed

Bed very comfy and room good size and clean. Staff helpful and friendly Room was value for money. We stayed for a wedding nearby and the location was good for our stay. Parking was easy and free which also helped. Would recommend if needing accommodation in the area.

The location is great for us, just off the M40, and there isn't a convenient alternative. The outdoor area has wonderful views and it was lovely to sit out sipping drinks. Check in was easy. Room and bathroom were spotless. But the double bed was small compared to the usual Premier Inn size, and there are no accessible rooms with walking showers. Our bathroom had a step in bath with no grab bar at the end you get in, a shower curtain that hung inside the very narrow bath but sadly didn't hang down into the bath but just reached the top edge (yes, really). The shower is fine but really uncomfortable to use. A quick improvement would be to move the shower curtain rail 30cm outside the bath, get a very long shower curtain which would reach well into and down into the bath so a) it would actually function well to keep the floor dry, and b) the user could raise their arms to wash normally without sticking to the wet curtain and knocking the hem out of the bath. We didn't eat here.
