The hotel room is relatively large for a European hotel, and the room is very clean. For service, you have to call the front desk, and the waiter will provide timely service. The breakfast is not bad. If breakfast is not included, you can enjoy breakfast for about ten euros. The overall feeling is pretty good and cost-effective. It is a trustworthy hotel.

The room is very clean, need to pay attention to: 1. No toothbrush and slippers, you need to bring your own. 2. I live on the first floor (the second floor in China, and the lobby is counted as the 0th floor). I need to go down the elevator and take the stairs half a floor to reach my room. 3. The check-in time can only be after 3 pm, I come over at 12 o'clock, I can only store my luggage first, and wait for check-in until about 3 o'clock. Check out required 12 o'clock. 4. What website does Ctrip go through? !! Pay at the front desk.

Efficient check-in and helpful staff on hand for any queries. All the staff were friendly and provided good customer service. Clean, comfortable room. Good facilities. I attended a course here last year and they have definitely made some significant improvements especially the new dining areas and the facilities are excellent. All meals were very good too.

The hotel is a university hotel which is relatively close to the school. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to the town. The bed is comfortable and the sanitation is relatively clean. It is not very convenient. It can only be used in the hotel or the dining hall next to the hotel. Generally speaking, it is still Quite satisfactory.

Let's start off with the negative. Google Maps calls this hotel 4 star. It's not - but then it doesn't charge what a 4 star hotel would. What you get is what it calls itself: a guesthouse. With very friendly, helpful staff and a small but very comfortable room. I didn't have a massage, so can't comment on those, but look out for midweek discounts. I did, though, discover it has a Thai restaurant (not mentioned on the website). I went there simply for convenience, but found the food was great. Spicy means spicy, not the sort of medium version you get in some Thai restaurants, so take their labels seriously. And the food is freshly prepared and made on the spot - definitely to be recommended.

Great location & fab gardens,hotel inside is dated & needs a make over,our room was basic,bed comfy,black mould on bathroom mastic & cracked tiles in shower area,stained tiles in ceiling area,patio doors to outside,but on opening in the morning,was greeted by a white transit van right outside doors & the wedding planners for the next wedding going back & forth,so couldn’t even have the curtains open,great full English breakfast options,but food had clearly been kept warm for quite a while,no plates,no tea bags,had to ask,tables hadn’t been cleared of dirty plates,glasses,mugs,etc & no staff to be seen,so had to clear our own table,staff all looked miserable & when they did appear,not one of them spoke to us!

Visited for 1 night mid week in the middle of February. On the room booking I added that we’d like to eat in the restaurant at about 6pm and that we’d require gluten free options at breakfast as my partner is coeliac. Check in was simple and as I was about to ask about dinner I was told we had a table at 6 booked for us. The room was big and has plenty of space, comfy bed and a decent tea and coffee selection is provided. Excellent dinner in the evening with plenty of gluten free options across the menu. Breakfast was where it stepped up even further. You get a standard buffet style continental breakfast with plenty of choice of pastries, cereals, fruit, meats and cheese. But on the table was an extensive selection of gluten free pastries and cereals all covered ready for us. We will be returning whenever we’re visiting the Town Hall
