Beautiful room on a historic building. Friendly and helpful staff. Very tasty restaurant for dinner and reasonably priced. Eggs at breakfast would be icing on the cake!

A very unique experience that we quite enjoyed. Both staying in their king, deluxe , ensuite - Beaumont room and enjoying their breakfasts and supper offerings. The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. We were able to reserve a table for eight for a family get together, evening meal which everyone enjoyed. Parking is a bit tricky but doable. The room we chose was, or at least what we thought, right out of the "Game Of Thrones" with the kings size , canopy bed and unique decor ...

Apart from the slightly limited parking them I really can't find any fault with this place. Incase checked in quickly and upstairs found myself in a huge room complete with an open fire (sadly decommissioned). Bathroom perhaps a bit small but the bed was super comfortable. I don't have breakfast as I had to be away early but next time I'll try it.

Visited for 1 night mid week in the middle of February. On the room booking I added that we’d like to eat in the restaurant at about 6pm and that we’d require gluten free options at breakfast as my partner is coeliac. Check in was simple and as I was about to ask about dinner I was told we had a table at 6 booked for us. The room was big and has plenty of space, comfy bed and a decent tea and coffee selection is provided. Excellent dinner in the evening with plenty of gluten free options across the menu. Breakfast was where it stepped up even further. You get a standard buffet style continental breakfast with plenty of choice of pastries, cereals, fruit, meats and cheese. But on the table was an extensive selection of gluten free pastries and cereals all covered ready for us. We will be returning whenever we’re visiting the Town Hall

Ticked all the boxes for me, travelling between work. Clean, everything in the room I needed & not over board. Ate elsewhere so cannot comment on the food. Peaceful nights sleep without any interruptions

Very disappointing, had to question bill on checkout, they leave stuff off and add £6 plus service charge after giving tip in evening. Huntingdon Suite roasting in Evening even with window open, toilet slides, shower very poor, and does not function properly just lack of attention, room service just needs more attention before handing out to customers, food good and tasty
