Hotel is centrally located everything is within walking distance. Rooms are comfortable but in need of an update. The bathroom is roomy and clean. However the food is tasteless and not a great deal of choice they really need to review the menu and broaden the options

The hotel has an excellent location to explore the main religious sites at Lourdes. It is very clean, and the mattress was just fabulous. Rooms are small but still comfortable. There's abundant hot water in the shower. However, housekeeping and reception staff are not properly trained, and the service is therefore poor. Lastly, to access the hotel you need to go through a different one, and thus there's a lot of time wasted changing from one building to another one, as well as waiting for the multiple lifts.
