A wonderful stay in this perfectly situated and quaint hotel. Great views and warm hospitality from Simone and his little girls. Clean rooms and nice hot showers too. Would recommend to anyone staying in Lourdes and will definately stay here again should we return.

Located near the bus and train station which is perfect for day trips from Lourdes & for getting to and from the airport. Close to shops and restaurants and about 15 minutes walk to the grotto. Hotel is clean and safe. Staff are lovely, friendly and kind. Breakfast is good with fresh baguette & croissant and plenty of ham cheese boiled eggs yogurts & fruits. Bedroom is cleaned daily. Only drawback for me is it’s a bit noisy as room was close to a creaky lift. All things considered I would stay here again.

I was pleasantly surprised on arrival to the hotel. One could spot the cleanliness on entering the front door into reception. We checked in with a Welcoming conversation. The twin room was spacious with comfortable single beds. The Shower was superb with a supply of towels and toiletries. The rooms were serviced each day. We were in a back room and it was quiet. The breakfast for €6 was superb with breads,juice, cheese, ham, cereal, fruit, yoghurt,eggs and Tea/Coffee. It is a short nice walk from the Sanctuary. Hotel us beside bus and train station. I would highly recommend Hotel Lutetia for a stay in Lourdes.It has friendly staff also. It certainly is value prices.

Two-three minutes away from the train station, has a pizzeria in front, with hassle-free check in and check out. I thought I was going to have to brace myself for moldy bathrooms and uncomfortable beds, but I was pleasantly mistaken. The beds are comfortable, the water flow and shower is great (kinda looks renovated), and if by chance you get assigned to the front side, you get a nice view of the city (back view is old houses and railroad so meh-- if that's the case, better to keep your curtains closed). Overall, I'd consider going back again. Almost everything around Lourdes is within a walkable distance, and after hours and hours of exploring the area, having to come back to a clean room with clean beds and good flow of warm water and fresh towels is definitely relaxing. Highly recommended, especially for people taking the train/railway route to Lourdes.

Happy with our short stay at the LUTETTIA hotel in Lourdes. Welcome, services... everything was perfect!... Well-appointed room, good bedding, excellent cleanliness, very good meals... The hotel is located very close to the train station, also close to the city center, I would recommend this establishment without any hesitation.

Our pilgrimage became a pleasant holiday thanks to the helpfulness, courtesy and kindness of the staff (entirely Italian). We immediately perceived the affection towards our little Simone, just two years old, and we felt right at home. The impeccable cleanliness, the delicious and exquisite cuisine with the use of genuine and quality raw materials... the child was prepared for the entire duration of the stay a "ad hoc" dish with vegetable minestrone and pasta (especially used for him). The very clean room, the change of towels every day... in short, we could not have wished for more... we were truly "super pampered". Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We will definitely return and recommend this wonderful hotel to everyone. A warm hug to all the staff... truly excellent...!

It was impossible to sleep because of the heat, and we had to stay in another hotel even though we had paid for two more days. There's no air conditioning, and the fan wasn't enough in the heat wave. It needs updating.

Good welcome. The beds in the rooms were too hard and it was hot in the rooms. I didn't sleep well. The breakfast was too poor and considering the price, we could have had some decent bread. Instead, I had very bad industrial bread. That's why I gave it such a low rating.

Hotel economico, silenzioso, in zona tranquilla, a due passi dalla stazione di Lourdes. Buona camera singola con bagno, TV e wifi. Possibilità di mezza pensione o completa. Staff italiano molto cordiale. Sono stata molto soddisfatta, ci tornerò con piacere.
