Beware of overcharging extra nights !! Make sure you get a receipt upon checking out. I stayed at this hotel back in August for one night and they charged me for two nights. I tried going back and get a refund but the owner was awful and rude. The day I checked in I gave my credit card and was charged for the one night. however, I noticed my card transaction a charged on the 17, and two days later another charge on the 19 when I was already gone. don't trust these people.

La cama es muy mala, el colchón es prehistorico y se hunde por el centro. La habitación es pequeña y el hotel es viejo, pero está en Lourdes y me temo que en esa ciudad cualquier hotel que en otro lugar tendria que cerrar, en Lourdes esta lleno, por algo es la ciudad de los milagros.

L'hôtel est très proche du sanctuaire. La cuisine du restaurant de l'hôtel est bonne et variée. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner a beaucoup de choix. Les chambres sont propres et bien décorées. On nous a offert le garage sécurisé pour garer la moto. Rien à dire, le séjour était parfait.

Hôtel à fuir, mauvaise literie, chambres vieillottes, les 3 étoiles sont absolument injustifiées. le petit déjeuner ne correspond pas au niveau 3 étoiles, café insipide, viennoiserie de supermarché... Le restaurant tient de la cantine scolaire, tout industriel ! infect et pour un prix exorbitant....

Hotel in posizione molto comoda sua per il Santuario, sua per il servizio ai malati in Accueil Sanit Frai. Camera minuscola, bagno invece molto grande. Pulizia e cibo nella norma. Gentili i proprietari, carino il pensiero della torta flambè l'ultima sera.
