Staff was generally helpful. The rooms were tidy but tiny and in urgent need of a refurbishment. We booked on full board. The food was very basic but acceptable. The crockery was however scratched and even (on 1 occasion) cracked !! Glasses and cutlery were not all that clean. Some fruit juice dropped on the restaurant floor during breakfast, was only "cleaned" by lunch time of the following day. BUT what really disturbed me was that the receptionist actually opened the door to OUR ROOM - very late on our first night at the hotel - for another guest who claimed to have lost/forgotten her card key and quoted our room number as her room !! Maybe he was tired - but comparing the other guest's details with the hotel register would not have taken long! Good thing that we have put on the chain at the door - or she would have walked right in !!

It's a great, well-run hotel in a superb spot, overlooking the river, and a short walk from the town centre. Staff are all really lovely - pleasant and very helpful. I'd definitely stay there again.

bon accueil, chambre propre, personnel agréable . un peu de manque de variété au niveau des repas (en 4 jours, 2 x cuisse de poulet); pdj correct . hôtel très bruyant ( dès que quelqu'un prend une douche ou va aux toilettes, manque d'isolation phonique)

Comme chaque année je séjourne au LYS de MAIR durant un pèlerinage. L'accueil est toujours très professionnel et surtout très chaleureux et convivial. Les plats servis au restaurant de l'hôtel sont excellents et en belle quantité. On se régale à chaque repas. Merci à Laetitia et à toute son équipe toujours au petit soin pour ses clients. .

Nous n'étions plus venus à Lourdes depuis de nombreuses années. Nous avons retrouvé notre hotel. Si le personnel a changé, l'accueil est toujours aussi agréable et le personnel vraiment dévoué, un petit plus pour le chef cuisinier, c'était vraiment très bon et varié.
