"Exceptional location about 150m from the sanctuary, surrounded by many locals and restaurants. In front of the hotel you can borrow wheelchairs if there were people with disabilities. Good breakfast international. A friendly and available staff, I will advise you and I will certainly return to you."

"Location is uphill, 600 meters close to the centre but manageable to walk to all attractions. Room is clean, but no air conditioning, I arrived during the peak of hot weather with temperature of 37 degrees.
At night you can hear other guests from the other room."

"Nuestra experiencia en el Hotel Esplanade Eden fue simplemente fantástica. Desde el primer momento, el personal nos recibió con una amabilidad y profesionalidad que hicieron que nos sintiéramos como en casa. La ubicación es perfecta: a pocos minutos a pie del Santuario, pero lo suficientemente alejada como para disfrutar de tranquilidad y descanso.
La habitación estaba impecable, cómoda y bien equipada, con una cama muy confortable y todo lo necesario para una estancia relajada. Además, las vistas desde nuestra ventana eran preciosas, con los Pirineos de fondo.
El desayuno fue otro punto fuerte: variado, de buena calidad y con productos frescos. También destacamos la limpieza de todas las instalaciones y la atención constante del personal para asegurarse de que no nos faltara nada.
Sin duda, repetiríamos nuestra estancia en este hotel. Ideal tanto para peregrinos como para quienes buscan desconectar unos días en un entorno acogedor y bien cuidado. ¡Altamente recomendable!"

SSinthaThe Hotel is close to sanctuary, just go straight (less than 5 minutes) and you’ll see the sanctuary. Their breakfast is really good, they put our name on the table nicely. The reception is very nice and helpful. Definitely will going back to this hotel! 😊☺️

GGuest UserVery welcoming, cozy, and beautiful with a view of a river from my room. Staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful, I asked for a sellotape around midnight to use for my packing, staff went beyond just to accommodate me. Also good to mention, I was surprised when two lovely staff told me upon checking in that my booking comes with a breakfast, I thought they just made a mistake and so I clarified that I didn’t include breakfast as I will be spending most of my time outside and I had an early flight to Paris, but they insisted and went over the top by saying ‘they can make a sandwich or pack a light breakfast with fruits for me’, amazing and superb service, indeed.
Great location, near the Cathedral, shops, and restaurants. Everything was perfect, I would definitely come back and recommend.

SSoesiantyThe hotel is really near the station so it's really eazy for people who visited Lourdes for the first time. You just need to cross the street. The interiors look really nice and the staff are friendly. The room is also nice and big enough. It also near the Sanctuary, you only need to walk a couple of minutes. Our experience has been great, thankyou so much Best Western!!

IIsamThe lady receptionist was super friendly and accommodating, she even checked me early so big thank you to her. Mr Miguel the receptionist was such a lovely man but Mr Jan the receptionist was a bit harsh in his responses to people and was treating guests as they are stupid, very sad to see that Infront of me. The room is nice and big and well maintained. The breakfast costs 10 euros which includes a variety of fruits, pork sausages, omelette, ham, cheese and other basics, it's the same every day. The location is super a few minutes away from the Lourdes Basilica making it a great stay for those interested in visiting St Lourdes.

KKok HongThe hotel is at the other end of the action ( activities , eateries, and shopping. A good 10 minutes walk to the action area. The room is rather small for two to move freely. We let each other pass as the space is for two mid size person. The shower was somewhat ' tickling ' , the control of the water temperature was a challenge. Breakfast is 9 euros, per pax, which is basic continental ( no ham and eggs ), which is convenient for early riser as other eateries start 8ish. Luggage storage is allowed. Checkout time was allowed at 11am ( specified at 10 am). The staff were helpful and pleasant. Overall stay for us is pleasant although I dislike the shower.

The breakfast is delicious and really nice. However, it's important to note that the hotel has an old decoration, reminiscent of 40 years ago, and is not well-maintained; it lacks soundproofing. If we didn't get a room with a view to the river, my experience could be worse. Considering these factors, I'm not planning to stay in this hotel again.

GGuest UserOutst!.anding experience in Lourdes - relates to very first day - my daughter & self walking towards sanctuary, and really looking forward to so much. I volunteer each year , but my daughter was never there before & at her suggestion we stayed in Ibis. Was v pleased with location for starters and we could go down steps & towards Grotto. However suddenly lady tapped me on shoulder to warn me that my bag open - back pack which I bought for trip. Immediately I knew - I would never leave a back pack open/ Panic set in quickly & I found all my walled, bank cards & mobile phone - so my good sense left me too & I just turned around and back to IBis. Up in my room I did not have a phone , but was too upset & just knew straight to police. With that - knock on door. It was Christophe from reception. He had got a call from a shop - St Joseph's under bridge entering San Michelle gates. My little holder with all my bank cards, details, my mobile, any cash also. So we quickly rushed down there to be handed my wallet & phone. They were such a sweet couple. Cash was taken but thank Our Lady the cards remained. I could not say enough about Christophe & Nathalie. They really cared & I did not need police. So I could only say IBIS staff were wonderful. People is the reason for going back to Lourdes and the bad ones drive everyone away. So I am voting for your staff on that account

Not good to key in password after 6pm in order to get into the premise. Some how will create in convenience if we forgotten password as not able to speak even we call.

GGuest UserWe just wanted a place to sleep and store our bags while we participate in the activities of the grotto. So it was just the right place for us.
Please just hire a receptionist who can understand English because there was confusion as to the booking because the male receptionist can't understand English and we can't speak French.
