服務比較一般不太匹配整個酒店的定位，其次就是無線網很慢，多次詢問是否可以用帶密碼的無線網被拒絕，導致工作困難。門上掛了請勿打擾的標識依舊有人進屋打掃。

I don't know why this hotel only received 4 stars. It was as good as any 5 star we stayed at. The staff was absolutely wonderful. They were friendly, attentive and immediately fixed whatever wasn't perfect. The breakfast buffet was superb. Cappuccino, a pitcher of freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh variety of french baked goods, and more. Eggs, French cheeses, yogurt and more on request. And a great value for the money!

The only thing I can say is I booked a reservation in February for a junior suite via *******. When I got there, there was no room and it was sold out. ******* said the reservation was good. The hotel said they cancelled it. No cancellation was received by myself or *******. Both the hotel and ******* pointed at each other. I had to go stay in the only room available nearby, appr 8'x10', in another hotel. Ruined the trip, which was a wedding. :( Never have had this happen in my travels. And, I travel a LOT.

Amazing 3 night stay here. Everything from then grounds to the staff was excellent. Very relaxing and would definitely recommend and stay again.
