I will rate the place as 5 stars it says it is... In the short time we stayed there we had two encounters with two large red cockroaches on our welcome porch,
thrown things behind the rooms,
the bathrooms in the pool, the women's, were broken, so you had to go to the room every time, every now and then we had a program with speakers disturbing the peace, so that the French could have a good time, ignoring the rest..
the step in one part of the pool was taped for two days you couldn't use where I found the missing piece in the pool and gave it to them to fix...
before an accident happens,
cleaning pool outside with pressure machine 10:30am with all the people inside plus little kids bathing and all the dirt and grime getting into the pool and floating around for several hours...thankfully after bathers yelling to stop. ..,
the umbrellas to discipline us and they in turn not to open because most of them are rusty and torn....
It certainly doesn't resemble a 5-star hotel, especially at the price that was on offer....
The staff is very kind!!!!

Amazing Stay with Incredible Service! We had an unforgettable stay at the Ramada Loutraki Poseidon Resort. The entire staff was warm, attentive, and made sure every detail was perfect. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered breathtaking views, and the breakfast selection was delicious and fresh. The peaceful ambiance and beautiful beachfront location made it the ideal getaway. Highly recommend for anyone looking for relaxation and excellent hospitality!

This is not a 5 star hotel, Over rated prices , Unacceptable rooms , We paid a junior panorama suite and we received a 1 bed and a foldable bed , Cleaning was in acceptable , No isolation in the rooms you could hear people next door Breakfast and location was good

This hotel is totally a nightmare! The hotel and rooms are absolutely outdated, light switches in the room do not work, the air condition at the corridor leaks, breakfast restaurant has the charm of a canteen, service at the pool restaurant was snail-like, swimming pool is noisy and overcrowded, poor parking facility, etc! For the price paid for a junior suite, it is an absolute fail! If there is a negative rating, this hotel has earned it!

This property is pretty isolated, 1.5 hours from Athens, maybe 10 minutes from center town with minimal shops. Didn’t seem like a well-known resort with activities. If you want to be isolated this is the place.

It is a beautiful place however the bathrooms need updating and the beds could be better too. Not ideal for small children or the elderly as the walks between the buildings are quite steep and tricky steps. We saw more than one person falling down during our stay.

A slightly disorientating arrival with the resort Co-run with Wyndham and Radisson both involved. The road network around the resort was initially hard to navigate. Having said all of that our sea view room was spacious and comfortable- the large pool is deep enough to dive in - it’s salty water but that didn’t bother us. The surrounding beach and swimming areas are a delight to swim in - and some really good snorkelling opportunities. The main dining room was a little tired but the breakfast was fine. A very chilled and cosmopolitan vibe - a very relaxing place to visit.
