Awful and smelly. When we arrived there was no-one at the desk then the 'man' whoever he was, announced he had been sleeping and showed us a dingy room which was basic the say the least and not for us. So we went elsewhere. Reception smelt of stale cooking.

Sadly we didn't stay having tried to check in. We rang the bell and waiited maybe 20 minutes until a scruffy man appeared, he kind of apologised for not being there but admitted he had been asleep. The rooms were sparse and dingy and the whole place smelled of stale cooking. It was out of town so there was nowhere to eat nearby. We went into Rouen and stayed there. *********** took the money but didnt follow up the complaint.
