Always a pleasure to stay at the Victoria. Staff are always friendly and polite. Great choice for breakfast. Fabulous views (room with seaview). Room clean and comfortable. Nice bar area. Good choice of food for the restaurant and bar. Xxx

Fantastic hotel and staff. We had our wedding reception of 80 people here on the 1st February 2025. We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights along with 18 friends. The staff and manger was so helpful could not do enough for us very welcoming and great customer service. We stayed in the bridal suite so comfortable large room with Seaview and private balcony. with free WiFi within the hotel. If you are looking for a hotel for stay or an event or to eat at We highly recommend.

The hotel location is a dream, with onsite car parking it overlooks the sea with a pleasant promenade walk into Lowestoft. Recent renovations mean it has all the facilities one could wish for and although my single room was small it had a comfortable chair and desk, There was a generous supply of tea and coffee plus biscuits. The bathroom was spacious, clean and included shampoo, soap and shower gel. The breakfast options covered all tastes and are served in the restaurant that has a wonderful ocean view. Add to the above the professionalism of all staff and their freindliness and it is hard to find anything to criticise. Being very very critical, one might add that the mattress was of an old design and the springs could be felt at times.

We were met with a warm welcome, everything was ready for us and we found we had a wonderful view from room 304. It was a spacious, airy room with a comfortable bed, lovely view, and nice seating area to enjoy the view from. The bathroom was also a good size with jacuzzi bath and plenty of hot water. The room was well appointed with plenty of power points, additional bedding, heater, and fan. All the staff are so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. There is on-site parking, a comfortable bar, and restaurant overlooking the sea. Breakfast was plentiful, a great selection of anything that could be wished for. The fresh fruit slices are lovely and a good selection. Our only slight niggle is having to order breakfast the night before, but then that guarantees that everything is available. We should like to thank all the staff for being so friendly and efficient and we will definitely stay again.

Fantastic stay at the Hotel Victoria with my sister. We booked a sea view twin room and were kindly upgraded (without us even asking) to a deluxe room. The room was beautiful, clean and warm, and had the most amazing view from the balcony. My sister has additional needs and we were looked after very well by the kind and attentive staff. Thanks again for another lovely stay x
