The price is quite high and you expect something nice. Positive : localisation. Negative : the bed for the kids is just an old sofa. It was broken! It was dirty. They had pit a thin mattress one it. They had a tiny sheet for both of them. It was not long enough to cover the bed I told the reception but they didn’t care. The bathroom was not dirty too. There was a broken window in our room. We were supposed to have a pool view but actually we had a view on the rubbish bins. The breakfast was not bad but juices and coffee were awful. The pool is beautiful but awfully cold (in the shadow) I asked three times the reception to fix the bed (a minimum actually) but they didn’t. Pictures are not actual. The hotel is not nice anymore.

This has been one of my favorite hotels I've ever been to! The room, the pool, the restaurant and everything about it was wonderful. Location - excellent (a few steps only from the amazing National parc Krka). The staff were always welcoming and friendly. They are always available and smiling whether it's early in the morning or late at night! Also strong reccomendation for the SPA, had the best massage in my life!

This hotel is located right at the entrance of the national park. Rooms smelled old, stains on the carpet, curtains falling from the hooks, toilet seat was so high your feet are dangling! Bed sheets were prickly Aside from great staff and practical location I would not recommend this hotel

Very nice place to visit. All day long and more. Dalmatia is excellent place to visit on spring! When is more water in NP Krka, so for photographer is more to shoot. Nice people, and food is ok, for stay is many apartments or hotel. Let go! :)

The 100e we paid for the one night was WAY overpriced. We usually book rooms that have a fridge, the room was advertised with a fridge which was not functional. When I requested to move to another room which had a working fridge, I was told that ALL room fridges were not functional. The next morning there was also no hot water for a shower :(

Great location for visiting Krka NP, lovely swimming pool & plentiful good breakfast but rooms in desperate need of maintenance & refurb - a real let down. Shower didn’t work, water coloured coming out of taps, wardrobe doors falling off, window broken, curtain rails broken, curtains stuffed in wardrobes! Electric wires bare on bathroom heater the list goes on. We asked to change room but they offered us a smaller room which wasn’t any better. Such a shame as could be fab. Also no fridges working on any rooms & no tea coffee making facilities as advertised. No towels for pool. If I was going here again I’d stay in Skradin much nicer with as easy access to beautiful national park.

In the middle of nowhere No wi fi, or absolutely anything around, Sibenik 15 km away.......... Dirty, old, without furniture, No air conditioning or heating. Very mediocre food. The hospitality industry in Croatia is painful......But above all, how dirty my bathroom was.

The big asset is its location at the entrance to the KRKA park. The hotel also offers entry tickets with a 25% reduction. It's a real plus when you know that the entry ticket is 40 euros per person. Furthermore, the room does not have a minibar, safe or coffee kettle. It is true that we are in a three-star hotel... whose price is close to a four-star. We were in a very large superior suite with two toilets, one of which is independent of the bathroom. Pleasant surprise on our arrival, we found that the bathroom included a shower and a spa bath, too bad the latter did not work. We stayed two nights in this hotel and cleaning was not done for the 2nd night. Finally, the breakfast was average with a hot drinks dispenser that needs improvement (water instead of milk, cappuccino without milk, a curious chocolate coffee drink... undrinkable). An average hotel that could offer better comfort with a few improvements.
