Very beautiful place, extremely beautiful environment, we loved our stay, everything was perfect except fot the food, the restaurant wasn't good, with a very limited menu.

It was beautiful, clean and very friendly staff. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the rooms very clean and comfortable. We loved our stay here and we will be back!

The hotel location and landscape is top notch for this region. Kids friendly - the indoor playground was amazing! We enjoyed the great service from the staff, especially Ms Xiang, who was very warm hearted and helpful.
Can not expect the hotel to be a real 5-star compared to the well developed tourism places, some areas of improvement: many people still smoke inside the facilities - including the public hot spring area, swimming pool, even the hotel lobby. Some of the facilities inside the room are not well maintained - be sure to check them and request for fix or change the room if needed. But for this area, I’d highly recommend this hotel for family stay and a very relaxing experience at a reasonable price.

預訂了兩間房，其中一間是山頂別墅，來回需要擺渡車，但是房間的電話居然是個擺設沒有電話線，手機聯繫前台，應該是五一期間，打幾遍電話都無人接聽，衹能在路上半路攔車.早上的早餐時間段更誇張，去了那麼多旅遊城市衹有這個早飯匆匆5分鐘結束，異常混亂沒有座位，服務阿姨帶着手套收拾完殘羹剩飯，就去拿乾淨的筷子放在筷子籃子裏🤮.

很適合親子游 房間設施有點陳舊 而且不夠智能 但一切都不能掩蓋它美啊 感覺完全不出門都已經夠了 服務也挺好 接送去別墅的車可以説是隨叫隨到 項德平經理看我拿的東西多直接送我到了停車場 她幫我們辦理退房真的很貼心 週末游下次還來
