存在欺騙消費行為，把收費的礦泉水放在免費贈送的礦泉水的位置，跟朋友不瞭解情況就喝了，退房的時候就扣了10塊錢水錢，給店家提出來以後還拒不承認，10塊錢哪個都不缺，但是也不想當冤大頭，再也不會來了。
