房間很大，很乾凈。趕長途，臨時選擇的，提供了很好的住宿環境，休息充分。工作人員很熱情，樓層的客房服務大姐，非常熱心的給我們指導空調快速降温。

非常非常差入住體驗，入住的其他的小細節就不説了，入住送的水果是壞的，也不是很新鮮，都蔫巴了，希望店長對接下來的水果品質用點心，非常無語無法接受事情，床上的枕頭有頭髮，掀開被子，床上還有躺過的痕跡，床單被罩有沒有換這個就不知道了，和前台反應回了句，我們是連鎖酒店這種事情不會發生的，“我笑了”入住的時候説給升了房型，出現問題之後又給升了房型，我不知道這個房間房型升的意義區別在哪裡？房間的空調開關還是一樣很垃圾，説了句很敷衍話，我們經理明天會解決，第二天退房時候，所謂的經理我也沒有見到他怎麼處理？很敷衍處理方式。對自己工作負點責任，無語ヽ（・＿・；）ノ
