房間很大，很乾凈。趕長途，臨時選擇的，提供了很好的住宿環境，休息充分。工作人員很熱情，樓層的客房服務大姐，非常熱心的給我們指導空調快速降温。

非常非常差入住體驗，入住的其他的小細節就不説了，入住送的水果是壞的，也不是很新鮮，都蔫巴了，希望店長對接下來的水果品質用點心，非常無語無法接受事情，床上的枕頭有頭髮，掀開被子，床上還有躺過的痕跡，床單被罩有沒有換這個就不知道了，和前台反應回了句，我們是連鎖酒店這種事情不會發生的，“我笑了”入住的時候説給升了房型，出現問題之後又給升了房型，我不知道這個房間房型升的意義區別在哪裡？房間的空調開關還是一樣很垃圾，説了句很敷衍話，我們經理明天會解決，第二天退房時候，所謂的經理我也沒有見到他怎麼處理？很敷衍處理方式。對自己工作負點責任，無語ヽ（・＿・；）ノ

酒店乾淨高級，新開的店裝修很高大上滿滿科技感，服務態度也一如既往的好，進門送了水果和早餐券很不錯，有免費洗衣房和健身房，不用在意攜程的23.30入住時間有可能是寫錯了不影響行程。

前台的服務一言難盡了，體驗不好！
以下3點不知道什麼情況
1.入住前已經電話告知本人在開車趕回去確定夜裡12點左右到，結果還是要再三電話➕短訊問我確不確定？
2.連住3晚，12點退房時間還未到就一再電話催促、詢問、提醒我12點退房，你們不應該過了12點再電話我嗎？住了很多酒店沒有這樣的！
3.酒店和停車保安對停車券的時長標準不統一，害得我開車來回跑拿停車券，保安大叔還對我唧唧歪歪….
希望改進，其它方面都很不錯，打掃阿姨和餐廳服務不錯，早餐豐富

無敵了，房間超級大，空調很有力，衞生很乾凈，還送了歡迎水果，咖啡是隅田川，早餐我沒去吃，但是同事説不錯。
總體挺好的，就是房間裏沙發都是pu的，感覺沒有布藝的舒服，當然，我理解是pu的好打理，不容易藏污納垢。
