初二晚上八點鐘帶小孩入住，八點半洗澡沒有熱水，打電話給前台，前台讓拿熱水壺燒水洗澡，配件壞了，住到初五也沒換上，馬桶堵了，其間保潔來疏通了一次，又堵上了，哎！其他的就不多説了。

正月初二晚上入住 偌大的酒店沒有熱水 説是維修好會有的 讓我們等第二天洗澡 結果第二天也沒有 太可笑了 前台一直説是自來水公司的問題跟他們沒關係 我就納悶樂 我是來住酒店的 跟自來水公司什麼關係！

我非常滿意這次旅行的體驗，一切都超出了我的期待。首先，酒店的設施維護得非常好，我入住的房間乾淨舒適，設施齊全且現代化。服務質量也非常高，客房服務響應迅速，員工們都非常友好且專業。特別是餐廳提供的餐食，不僅味道棒極了，而且食品衞生狀況也讓我非常放心。這些優質的服務和設施讓我在整個旅行過程中感到非常愉快和舒適。浴缸和床很大。唯一不滿意的是我的房間離邊上樓頂風機近 晚上有些吵。

房間大，衞生間也大，房間衞生好，寬敞明亮，洗澡水也大，下高速就到，周邊吃飯方便，環境不錯，對面有一濕地公園散步舒服，停車也方便，早餐豐富，總體上非常滿意，下次路過還會選擇住此店。

非常差，無論防水防臭，都很差。衞生間一大股的地溝臭味道，酒店的處理方式是：大晚上，請了一個，男性！！！服務員上來，噴了點增香劑！
也不知道他們怎麼想的，大晚上，安排男性服務員到一個女性住客的房間！簡直無語！
