攜程的評分不是空穴來風，別不信！～自駕遊安徽，住的所有酒店裡這家是最差的！本來想從信陽下高速，但是這家酒店離高速更近，就是評價真的很差，糾結半天還是選擇了這家。辦理入住的過程都還可以，房間很大，衞生打掃的也可以。但是床品，衞浴品牌，設施質量都很差，大廳，過道，房間都散發著臭味，香氛系統不裝就算了，要不買點空氣清新劑呢？到這其實我都還會覺得五星好評算了…但是！！重點來了，早上來吃早餐，種類少有些東西都空了（圖6為西紅柿雞蛋湯），餐具上面還帶着殘渣和油就不説了，一個三星級酒店不要求太多。有個收碗的服務員（最後一張圖）我還以為那是酒店總經理呢，拽了吧唧哼着曲兒，把盤子、碗、筷子哐啷哐啷的扔它那小車上，那動靜就像是直接摔進去一樣，椅子也是不抬直接推進去，在地磚上的聲音非常刺耳。大早上聽着這樣“美妙”的交響樂讓我為服務默默打上了一星！這是一家好像完全沒有任何服務培訓的酒店，好歹也是個三星，服務跟個招待所一樣，不會再入住的酒店！～

房間隔音效果好，設施齊全，衞生環境良好，衞生間很大配有浴缸（自己在外住宿不敢泡澡），服務員態度好。來葉集幾次，更換住賓館，覺得這應當是當地檔次高的酒店。

初二晚上八點鐘帶小孩入住，八點半洗澡沒有熱水，打電話給前台，前台讓拿熱水壺燒水洗澡，配件壞了，住到初五也沒換上，馬桶堵了，其間保潔來疏通了一次，又堵上了，哎！其他的就不多説了。
