春節帶着家裡人來度假 酒店是很大一個大院子 第二天的雪景也很大驚喜
温泉衹能晚上五點之後入場 功能池不算太多 但能在雪地裏泡湯也算是獨一份
酒店服務真得好 所到之處都很熱情
酒店房型很多 洋房適合家庭出行 性價比高略簡陋
晚上在餐廳單點 味道不錯價格也低 推薦紅燒土雞
早餐也很硬 米線胡辣湯鹵雞腿都有
住過的五星級酒店很多 家裡這個真的很不錯

過年來泡温泉，訂了兩天房，第一天晚上就開始跳閘，空調沒法用很冷，修了一上午兩次才修好，酒店道歉説補償也沒有下文，體驗感比較差，温泉環境很好服務很好，臨走的時候下雪了園區外面的路其實已經清理的很乾凈沒有雪了，但是工作人員推薦我們安裝防滑鏈，説是酒店找來的專門安裝的師傅收費280，結果費勁裝完，剛出來就又費勁拆掉，外面一點雪都沒，懷疑有提成，最後的體驗感不太好，希望酒店整治

伏牛山區幽中取靜，周邊有老君山、白雲山等冬日雪山美景，酒店內有竹林小橋流水，還有温泉洗浴，並且寵物友好，適合家庭朋友出遊，很棒的體驗。管家非常貼心，除了住宿期間的各種服務，周邊景區購票等問題也幫我們解決，總之，冬日度假非常不錯的選擇。

帶孩子兩個人來過春節，提前訂的。第一次住公寓，房間還不錯，床上用品還比較乾淨，毛巾也是比較新的，有個陽台，光線也挺好，廚房不能用，不過我們也沒打算煮東西。衹是沒有桌子和椅子，洗手間也比較小，東西衹能到處放，算是小遺憾吧，

房間環境很好，趕上了大爆雪，開擺渡車的師傅人很好，來回接送我們，因為下雪，十點過餐點了，前台小姐姐堅持讓我們去看一看，雖然沒餐了，但是餐廳裏的服務員仍然把餐熱好端給我們。出發走的時候，有個小哥哥替我剷雪，特別感謝，祝這些可愛的工作人員們新年快樂！

酒店坐落山水環繞當中，酒店內就是一個景區，非常大。我們住的是私湯別墅，房間夠大，設施齊全，有茶台，麻將桌，中式書桌，配備的書籍也非常適讀。我們在酒店吃了兩次正餐，一次早餐，飯菜可口，食材新鮮。酒店服務非常非常的好，服務人員有求必應，我們住的別墅面積太大了，又是冬天，第一晚上感覺很冷，工作人員兩次來查看空調情況，並且給我們補充了電暖氣增加供暖。
提個小建議，温泉增加開放時間，衹在晚上開時間真是太緊張，而且冬天晚上室外太冷了，像我這種體質根本泡不了。

房間就是老牌酒店的風格，但是驚喜的是連公共區域都開着空調，所到之處一點都不冷。從房間到餐廳不穿外套也不冷。酒店服務人員態度非常熱情，温泉區也根棒。
