為了避開旺季提前跟朋友一起去洛陽市區看了牡丹花，之後又爬了老君山，就想訂個泡澡房解解乏，房間裏配的東西挺齊全的，有一次性的泡池塑料膜，還有泡澡的葯包，前台小妹説客人走後池子最少消毒三回，反正衞生我很滿意，還有一個燭台晚上點上蠟燭泡澡很有氛圍感，床睡着也挺舒服的，店後邊還有好多小吃攤跟飯店，欒川特色美食吃着也還不錯，這次住着挺不錯的，希望店家繼續保持。

房間很整潔，毛巾浴巾床單被罩都洗的很乾凈還疊放整齊，我們來的時候剛好是晴天，窗外風景很美，傍晚沿着河邊散步真是美景不斷，前台服務人員很熱情周到，給我們推薦了很多本地美食，剛好酒店後邊就是整個縣城最大的美食街，這次住到這裏還是挺舒服的，給個好評👍

酒店位置很好，後邊就是美食街，小吃很多。交通也很方便，停車免費，房間乾淨整潔無異味，床睡着很舒服，不想出門在房間看看電視也不錯，服務人員也很熱情，這次入住比預期好很多，很滿意的一次入住。

-前台總是沒有人，房間座機未貼前台電話，房間無網絡，wifi連接不上，電視罷工，水池水垢，浴巾粘手，茶台無茶葉，私湯無花瓣等，讓前台解決問題，而她衹會説：“我是新來的，我不知道，我也沒辦法，我明天跟經理反饋一下… ”我就住一晚上，我提出的問題不解決，第二天我都退房了，你跟經理反饋還有什麼用？損失的不還衹是我而已？衹能説我花500多塊錢沒享受到自己該有的待遇，怕不是你家的好評是刷的吧？
-今天退房後在滑雪場才接到電話，説是經理覺得我的建議很好，想要加微信發個小紅包感謝一下…我請問呢？？解決事情是這個態度？一上午都在酒店不解決事情，退房了知道找我了，在電話裏再次提出了遇到的問題，給出的還是衹有：“不好意思，我們就是小生意，做的不太好，要不然你加個微信讓經理和你溝通吧”我同意以後先去滑雪了，回來就看到所謂的經理處理方式是發個紅包，沒有衹言片語。666，學到了，小生意一晚收費550👍🏻

環境和風景很好，我們遇到下雪天坐在房間的長椅上看室外的雪景還是很美的。稍微有點不足的，民宿的價格本身不低，在部分硬件上還可以繼續改進。洗澡水偏温，而且花灑有點不好用。拖鞋太薄了，塑料拖鞋也衹有兩雙，也不能增加提供。床品可以，舒適程度不錯。

房間環境還是不錯的 衹是沒有大床泡湯所以我們定了雙床泡湯 晚上空調開了好久根本不暖 湯池下水較慢 最討厭的是泡完十一點了去衞生間沖澡發現淋浴頭是壞的 體驗很不好 搞得特別冷
