The guesthouse was great, with the old wooden design. The staff were very friendly. We had loud guests staying opposite us, so didn’t get a great night’s sleep, but obviously not the hotel’s fault.

Habitación cómoda, con aire acondicionado y televisor. Muy bien ubicado! A 2 cuadras del mercado nocturno, pero en una calle muy tranquila. Hay café, agua y bananas incluidos.

このホテルの対応は非常識であるため宿泊しないことをお勧めします。
今回私はこの宿に宿泊を拒否され、その時の対応があまりにもひどかったためこのレビューを書きました。そのため、通常通り宿泊できた場合やホテルの内装などの情報はありません。
詳細について記載します。
まずチェックイン時に、Baunchaleurn Guest House（本ホテル）のスタッフに宿泊できない旨を伝えられました。原因としては、責任者Aさんの家族が私の宿泊予定である部屋を破損してしまったためだそうです。その代わりとしてスタッフにすぐ近くの宿を紹介されてそこに向かったのですが、そこにチェックインしてすぐにAさんから連絡が来ました。「代わりの宿（スタッフに紹介された宿とは違う場所）を手配した。そのため、こちらに来てほしい。」とのことです。面倒ですが私はAさんから紹介された宿に向かうことにしました。そこまでは1km近くあったため、一度Baunchaleurn Guest House に戻って車を出してもらおうと思ったのですが、先ほどまでいたスタッフを含め誰もいませんでした。仕方なく私は自費でタクシーを呼び、Aさん紹介の宿へ向かいました。そこでは何の問題もなく宿泊できました。しかし、後日責任者にタクシー代を請求したのですが、一向に連絡がありません。
以上が詳細です。
どう考えても事前に対応、連絡できたことを私が来るまで何もやっていなかったこと、スタッフと責任者間で全く情報連携できていないこと、一方的に連絡するだけで私からの連絡は無視したことなど、対応が非常識すぎます。もちろん日本のホテルのような丁寧で礼儀正しい対応は期待していませんでしたが、最低限のことすらできないのか、という印象です。タクシー代はせいぜい400円ちょっとだったこと、スタッフもどうせろくに対応しないこと(宿泊拒否を言われたときにこっちはGoogle翻訳でラオ語で必死にコミュニケーションをとろうとしているのに片言未満の英語でヘラヘラ対応された)、せっかくの楽しい旅行中にこんなトラブルに時間を使いたくなかったことから、結局苦情を言うこともなくルアンパバーンを後にしました。ただ泣き寝入りするのも不快なので、今回のことはレビューとして形に残しました。
