The staff are lovely, polite, well-mannered, and always willing to assist. However, the hotel only provides cleaning services upon check-in and again at check-out; there is no housekeeping during your stay, and towels are not replaced.
Overall, the room condition is satisfactory. It is spacious, comfortable, and suitable for up to four people.
The main issues with this hotel are the water supply and Wi-Fi. The water pressure is very low, and on one night, there was no water at all. The Wi-Fi connection is weak, making it difficult to use the internet.
On the night when there was no water, there were no staff members available at the reception desk. We had to call the hotel to get someone to come and resolve the issue.

The room size is OK, but there is no hot water in the shower. The front desk staff is very good. Although the language is not convenient, they try their best to explain in detail in Chinese and English. The location is very good, and there are basically many check-in attractions around. Good location, just a short walk from the morning market and night market. Walk the other way and you'll reach the Mekong River. The room is quiet, the water flows strong, and the staff speak well. There is no cleaning of the room each day. You may have to tell the staff to come in and do it.
