Booked a room with Trip.com almost 1 month before the stay. When I checked in, the staff informed me that the room was full. I asked for a refund but they refunded the money. I contacted them but they didn't read or reply. Very bad

Great location just ＜5min from the mekong river where there are dozens of cafes and restaurants and you can sip a cocktail during sunset. Clean and safe. Our room didn't have windows / natural light. Air-conditioning is loud and blasts cold air directly on the bed, if you're not bothered by white noise 👌🏼

The location is good.
It's close to the night market and the Mekong River is just a short walk away.
It's next to the museum so it was a bit noisy with tourists in the morning.
The croissants at breakfast were delicious.
They also handle dry cleaning.
