The room is safe and clean. The service is very good.
The hotel is not at night market area but
they provide shuttle bus or bicycle to night market.
The manager is friendly and take care.

The pool is beautiful, but you have to look for a smile. The bikes provided are in very poor condition. The rooms are too dark, the bathrooms are mediocre... it's definitely not worth the price!
The owners made an effort, but it wasn't with authenticity or heart.
Sorry, that needed to be said!!
What else can I say that's good... after two nights, I was given a higher-category room, but even then, it wasn't great.

The proprietress is very good at business, very polite to people, and speaks Chinese very well. There are several buses to and from the city center every day, so it is very convenient. Luang Prabang is still worth visiting.
