Great little guesthouse by the river, close to everything in town. Amazingly friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. Good value for money. Would definitely stay again.

Pros : 1. Staff friendly 2. Location nearby Num Khan River (a small river connecting with Mae Khong River), really quiet and good to rest. 3. Room with balcony make me feeling clam.
Cons : 1. BF is very small (2 pieces of pancake, 3 egg menu, French toasted, small pieces of fruits, cafe) even you can demand more, there are none of salad, meat e.g. local fish, chicken, etc.) or protein dish. 2. Location 2 km far from the sight seeing area (not recommend to walk during day as Sun light is very hot and strong)

The French owner is very affable.
I can tell that the staff are trying their best,
but they rarely smile and come across as unfriendly.
The breakfast is good value for money and delicious.
However, the menu is the same every day
so you might get bored if you stay multiple nights.
The only thing that bothered me was the weak water pressure in the shower in the room.
For the price, I think it's a good hotel for solo travelers.
