Carpet torn, bath tub had rust, light bulbs missing, AC not working Tile was up in front of bathroom, food area had filthy floors and you stuck to it , food wasn’t that great area where food was prepared dirty Don’t book here. I felt like I was in a motel six and have had cleaner and better service

I had a very nice and comfortable night stay at this hotel. Stopped at this hotel after a long travel day during the 2021 Texas Winter Storm. This hotel is easy to locate it is right off the Interstate and very close to essential stores and gas stations. Easy access off and on to the interstate.

My Previous Review.... No Hot Water. The manager did not care to fix the problem. 4 other rooms were without hot water also. Stay somewhere else unless you like taking cold showers in December. Update to my original review... now this hotel is charging me twice for the same room. original reservation was modified and now they are getting paid for the same room twice. A room that had no hot water.... management doesn't care. Coporate will not help. I believe this owner/manager owns the other BWs in town. Do not give her your business. Bad Business

No hot water. The manager did not care to fix the problem. 4 other rooms were without hot water also. Stay somewhere else unless you like cold showers in Dec. Not even lukewarm water. The bill was not adjusted at all. I would think they would at least offer to discount our stay.

Our room was not cleaned well. There were stains on the carpet and furniture was dirty/ both needed carpet and furniture cleaning. The tile floor was not cleaned well. And the handle on the bathroom door needed repair. The public areas of the hotel were also dirty and carpet in hallway was loose and a safety hazard. Breakfast area was dirty and food on floor.

The clerk at 245 was nice, however after unpacking, noticed no shower stool, called front desk the afternoon clerk was hateful and rude. Told me to go to another hotel..what?? This is inexcusable bull*** They should offer me refund or should of found close hotels to accommodate me

Best hotel mini fridge I've ever seen with a truly separate freezer compartment- like a full-size fridge. Full fiber-filled king size pillows. Really comfortable. Good breakfast. Full, hot breakfast. Comfortable room - bed and shower. Gets pretty expensive on a football weekend.

The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Mattress comfort is subjective, but this one didn't make our backs hurt. The shower had great water pressure and the towels were clean and fluffy. The free breakfast buffet was awesome! There was a wide variety of hot and cold foods available, including many healthy options. Also a good variety of drinks available, from coffee and tea to several juice and milk options. The attendant kept everything well-stocked and clean. One of the better breakfast buffets we've seen! We didn't use the pool or hot tub, but they looked very nice and clean.

Roof leaked , carpet is nasty, no air conditioning in hallway. Staff in evening is never at desk . Call and call front desk with no answer. Dont stay here
