Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Lubbock University

Tv and internet not working, spent 35 minutes calling the front desk and no answer, went to front desk to report issues and the girl at the desk had ear buds in and did not notice me for several minute, was looking down at her phone, reported issues and was directed to go back to my room and unplug and plug the tv back in and everything would work, I did not work. Went back down to report it and when we were walking away the desk individual stated that there is nothing else available so they will have to call someone. When we returned to facility, 2 hours later, we were told that it was fixed, nope! We went to bed and decided that this was not a facility that we would return to for further visits to Texas Tech University.

Visiting friend The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was and nice. I didnt ge to enjoy their bar or the breakfast.. definitely will be staying there again

Bed was very comfortable great space in the room and bathroom but the shower doors kept sliding open when showering and water leaked on the floor. We did not get service to our room and had to ask for clean towels and the trash was never emptied or beds made during our stay. Front desk staff were very kind and helpful.

Restful The woman that checked us in was very friendly. Common area and rooms were clean. Beds comfortable.

Beds were comfortable. Pool was very cold. Even in 90 degree heat it was too cold to get into.

Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was great. The room was clean but dated and in need of updating. Kitchenette lacked pots and pans.
