Il B&B è una bellissima struttura ricettiva la cui proprietaria è una persona squisita che riesce a capire e comprendere le esigenze dei clienti venendo in contro alle loro problematiche. Ottima titola con doti del problim slolving (soluzioni dei problemi) nel qui e ora (nell'immediato) cercando soluzioni pi adatte alle esigenze della clientela. Da ritornarci e lo propongo a chi vorrebbe passare qualche giorno nella Città di Lucca.

Location raffinata ed elegante, ottima accoglienza grazie alla proprietaria gentile e sempre disponibile per eventuali necessità e informazioni sulla città e dintorni. Spazio outdoor molto curato con piscina, si respirano pace e relax.

El lugar más especial del mundo. Dueña maravillosa. Es un sitio súper especial. Con mucho encanto y el típico sitio acogedor para conocer lucca que es el pueblo mas especial de la Toscana. Ho regolarmente prenotato e pagato (tramite booking € 175,00) una settimana prima una camera matrimoniale per due notti (sabato e domenica giorno di Pasqua). Ho chiesto conferma (per sicurezza) due giorni prima. Al nostro arrivo ( ore 11 del mattino quindi in anticipo) la camera era già stata assegnata ad altri. La titolare ha verificato al computer ed effettivamente aveva accettato due prenotazioni per la stessa stanza. Ha fatto un tentativo per trovarsi un altro posto. Ci siamo dovuti arrangiare da soli con due hotel diversi per le due notti. Quel giorno Booking non ha risposto ne al telefono ne via mail. Alla fine abbiamo avuto i soldi restituiti ( da Booking) ma il disagio è stato grande. Barzanti Fiorenzo
