It was the second time we visited Lucca and stayed in the hotel. We where again very happy with the accomodation and service.We definitely recommend the place.Rich breakfast every day with many choices, clean, big room, and the best location for exlporing the city.

The staff were very helpful. The room and bathroom were kept very clean. The location is excellent. It was easy to moderate the room temperature. The breakfast was adequate. The stairs lighting can require use of additional cellphone light to see stairs and key lock. I would stay here again.

I had a great experience. Although I would warn seniors and the physically challenged that the steps to reception are steep, I was given assistance with my bag and it wasn’t a problem. The room and bed were very comfortable and the shower/pressure was fine. Breakfast options were very good and baked goods were delicious. I have no complaints. The location is perfect and I would definitely stay again if in Lucca.

Very nice and well kept apartments/B&B. Everything I needed for a short trip to Lucca. The room was clearn, large, and good facilities. A bonus was the communal area on the 2nd floor where there was a kitchen, great for making that morning cup of coffee. Staff were very helpful and overall I had a great stay. It is very central too, easy to find and within walking distance of everything I needed.

Superb Location. V Comfortable bed. Great room. Excellent facilities and Wifi. Kitchen well equipped although we did not use it - too many good eating places nearby. Very good breakfast provided next door. Only downside was relatively low hot water pressure. And you need to get door code to get in if arriving after 7pm

Nice and clean airconditioned room, comfortable bed, with ensuite bathroom. Everything you need for a pleasant stay is available. Delicious breakfast in little restaurant next door. Check-in and communication were friendly, swift and correct.

The B&B is in a great location in Lucca. The owner showed up promptly when we arrived and was very helpful in providing details about the town. The room was comfortable and clean. The area was quiet at night. The breakfast at the cafe was good with a buffet of items.
