I have booked my stay on 14th February with the Name : Ajaysinh Jadeja They provide me room on the 1st floor and on the same floor there is a restaurant & bar, We have to go through that place to go to our room, And terrible part is I have to face restaurant staff again & again who are very unprofessional to handle customers. During the dinner they gave me wrong bill including drinks which I didn't ordered & instead of correct the bill they insist me to buy that drink which I didn't order. When I force them to give me the right bill they just behave like I did some crime or like I am staying first time in the hotels like this. Even the food & service was also not good even on 14th February on valentines day. Anyways so overall it was really west of money for me.

After spending 4 nights in Varanasi, we came to Lucknow and spent 5 nights at ITC Fortune Park BBD. As I am a Platinum member of ITC Hotels, we were upgraded from the booked Deluxe Room to a Suite (301). Thanks to Shalaj Mathur and Abhishek of the Front Desk. The suite was a great experience. We had B/F and dinner at The Orchid. The buffet spread for both was extensive and dishes were tasty (The Biryani served every night was awesome as were the Chaats from the Live Counter. ) We got super service from Sundram, Yash and Arif at Orchid under the leadership of Satish and Alam. The location of the hotel is very central and very easily accessible to Hazratganj. Uber Taxis and Autos are also easily available if you do not prefer to take local transportation.

The pool and spa on the 5th floor add a touch of relaxation, and the spacious rooms provide both comfort and elegance. What really stood out was the exceptional staff—from the front desk to the restaurant team, everyone was professional, courteous, and always ready to help. The stay experience was beyond expectations. Everything was so well in place. Special mention to the staff who were all the time available at service and went to an extra mile to fulfil any special demands placed. I recommend to stay here to experience Nawabi hospitality!
