dirty bedsheets towels in my room. breakfast also was very ordinary .

pathetic place.. pillow covers on bed are 10 years old..never washed.. rooms do not have natural sun light at light... bath towels are very poor quality, bathroom accessories are missing...despite multiple requests at front desk, no one bothers, plug points do not work, no hot water at all.. hand towels missing, even tissue papers are provided...very average and mediocre breakfast...would not recommend..

The hotel is in need of an urgent overhaul. Rooms are small and with zero ventilation. The room that we got was smelling like toilet. Bed linen is of extremely poor quality and signs of over use are clearly visible. Similarly the towels are in a condition that one would prefer to buy a new towel from the market and use it, rather than using the hotel towels. The room allotted to us was next to elevator and it was not possible to open the window for ventilation. Staff is good and attentive. The breakfast was good. The hotel management must wake up from their deep slumber if they want to stay afloat.
