Stayed there for 2 days and it was horrid ke experience. There is no housekeeping number every time you have to make a call in reception and then you have to remind them 3 times that what you ask for. Delay in every service.

It was good overall, except that there was a party going on, On a weekday & it had blasting music. Despite our telling them repeatedly, nothing was done & we had a difficult time sleeping

Three stars here are not equivalent to three stars in Europe. Cleanliness was poor.
One positive thing to mention, however, is the service and helpfulness of the staff - very friendly!

Great experience housekeeping was just amazing kind and courteous right rinku was just soo helpful rooms was always clean rinku was always smiling any anything that was needed was just a phone call away would highly recommend staying at the Radisson city centre lucknow
