Had to change room thrice, staff did got room cleaned despite requestin, staff was not well trained and couldn't follow simple request. Not so great experience.

I recently stayed at Vijay Paradise, Lucknow, and had a very disappointing experience. From the moment I arrived, I encountered several issues. First, they charged exorbitant fees for early check-in, which seemed arbitrary. The room wasn’t properly cleaned, and there was ongoing construction, which made the stay uncomfortable. Even basic amenities like a water bottle and a bucket in the bathroom were missing. Despite multiple requests, it took 1-2 hours for them to deliver these items. Shockingly, I was even charged double for the water bottle. The food was extremely overpriced, and despite the high cost, the quality was poor. Overall, my experience at Vijay Paradise was far from pleasant, and I would not recommend staying here if you want a peaceful and hassle-free stay. Rating: 1/5

Hotel charged extra amount of rs. 500 for early checking at 8 am, we have booked one deluxe room for two days for 3 person. But no extra bed provided by hotel but extra charged collect for early checking.
