The rooms and bathrooms were dirty. Food wasn’t tasty. Buffet brekafast was not served. Limited food options.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the beautiful hotel, and i must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. From the moment i arrived, i was greeted with warm smiles and excellent hospitality from the hotel staff. The hotel itself is simply stunning. The lobby is elegant and inviting, with tasteful decor and comfortable seating areas. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and i was impressed by the professionalism of the front desk staff. As i made my way to my room, i couldn't help but admire the impeccable attention to detail throughout the hotel. The hallways were well-maintained, and the ambiance was peaceful and serene. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and i had a spectacular view of the city from my window. Throughout my stay, i had the opportunity to enjoy the hotel's amenities, including the fitness center and spa. Both were top-notch, and i felt refreshed and rejuvenated after my workout and spa treatment. The dining options at the hotel were also exceptional. I had the pleasure of dining at the hotel's restaurant, and the food was absolutely delightful. The menu offered a variety of delicious options, and the service was impeccable. One of the highlights of my stay was the outstanding customer service. Every staff member i encountered was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. Whether i needed assistance with dinner reservations, transportation, or recommendations for local attractions, the staff was always ready to help with a smile. In addition to the wonderful accommodations and amenities, the location of the hotel was ideal. It was conveniently situated near popular attractions and had easy access to public transportation, making it a breeze to explore the city. Overall, my experience at hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. The location was great! the room was very clean with great decoration, comfortable king bed, spacious bathroom and very good audio and video system! also there was free wi-fi in all the hotel premises! the breakfast & lunch was very good with both cold and hot dishes. Excellent staff & they are helpful in nature. We will definitely stay there again!

Hotel is situated in a very dirty place, having very poor room management as washroom was not clean and bed sheet was torned. Provide very less amount of food. Refuses to give gst bill. Recommended not to stay.
