The location is quiet, which is a plus.
All of the bed linen was dirty when I was taken to the room. The staff changed them all when I brought it to their attention, but I feel it's a bit odd to take a customer to a dirty room.

Hotel olive crown, stay was pathetic. Even after spending a hefty tariff for rooms, services were poor. A big no for those who are coming with babies/kids.

very worst service, hair in food, dust in bed, bathroom is too dirty and bad smells Absolutely horrendous experience at this hotel. The service was beyond disappointing. Upon arrival, we were met with rude and indifferent staff who seemed annoyed by our presence. Requests for basic amenities went ignored, and when we finally did receive them, they were delivered with an attitude. Overall, a complete waste of money and time. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place at all costs."

The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect - close to the city centre and attractions.

Rooms are spacious and hygienic, plus staff is very polite and helpful. It's a budget hotel and all amenities and facilities are available.

I booked the hotel on 9pm on 8th feb and reached the hotel at 10:30. Location is not easily found and the hotel staff and hotel doesn't provide even the basic amenities like. Water bottle &kettle.
