I didn’t have time to fully use all the services to evaluate them. But overall there are no complaints. Adequate price for adequate service.

1. The restaurant food is not up to the mark. Even after requesting no chillies etc. 2. Breakfast is ok. But the assistance staff are not interested in customer etc. 3. Construction work is going on. Too noisy from 7 a. M. -10:45 pm. 4. All staff hungry for tips daily. 5. Sheets are clean. 6. Room is fairly clean but towels are old and dirty looking. 7. Ac is affective. 8. Wedding point next door, so all night noisy. 9. Over priced rooms. 10 location is fairly good.

Golden Tulip Hotel Lucknow has pathetic service and housekeeping. Their inhouse restaurant Branches has a very poor servicing staff and it clearly reflects that there is no regular training or orientation practise as they clearly lack the professional touch of the hospitality industry. The managers in black coats are nothing but watchers with no touch of service or courtesy. The air conditioning of rooms is fixed by the management and you cannot change it. The warm water temperature for bathing is also fixed by the management. Golden Tulip is a good brand but the Lucknow experience needs a quality and professional inspection or upgrade. Would not recommend it in its current state.

It is a business hotel. Because I want to go to Naga, I chose to live in Gorakhpur. It is a very good business hotel in the area. The room and bathroom are not small. It is a vegetarian restaurant, even eggs are not available. However, it is a very good hotel.

This was my first stay in your hotel & will proudly say it's my best choice to select your hotel out of others. I would like to give special thanks to Mr Ashish and his team for all their hospitality and also the food quality is superb, don't hesitate with old reviews..they have now very good chef's. I would highly recommend this hotel for any type of stay or trip to Lucknow.

Room is decent. Bathroom was very clean. Room is a little run down (needs better maintenance - paint etc)though and could get a moderate smell of cigarette smoke. I had to air the room for a day to get rid of the smell. Only downside of the stay was that smell. It is located next to the bazaar and it's easy to catch ubergo/auto. All in all pleasant stay
